Proven Process

Most people fail because they try to do everything at once, and they flame out. Or they try a program that's so restrictive that it's just a matter of time before they give up. Our approach is different.

We break things up into four distinct phases, each building on the last to help our clients progressively transform their habits and bodies in ways that are both sustainable and long-lasting.

Body Fat Reduction

In this first phase, we create a controlled calorie deficit to kickstart fat loss. No stupid, super restrictive and unsustainable food rules that suck the life out of every meal.

We strip it down to the essentials, focusing exclusively on calories and protein. Think of it as a calorie ceiling and a protein floor. Get those two things right consistently, and you can eat whatever you want.

Building Muscle

With most of the unwanted body fat long gone, we'll shift gears, adding a few calories back in to help fuel muscle growth. Here, you'll get stronger and more toned.

The plan will be tailored plan for you, factoring in your preferences, access to equipment, and schedule. No gym, no problem.

Body Comp Optimization

With a solid foundation of muscle, we’re shifting back to fat loss—but this time, it’s different.

Because you’ve built more muscle, your body now burns more calories around the clock, even when you're not moving. That means we can take a more relaxed approach to calorie reduction—no drastic cuts, no miserable restrictions.

You’ll keep eating a balanced, nutrient-rich diet while steadily dropping fat. This sustainable method keeps you progressing without falling into the trap of yo-yo dieting, making long-term success easier than ever.

Maintenance

This phase is all about making your results last. We’ll focus on locking in habits that keep your new weight and body composition sustainable for life. You’ll learn how to fine-tune your nutrition and training based on what your body needs—embracing food freedom and flexibility along the way.

By now, you’ll be blown away by how naturally you can make smart eating choices without obsessively tracking. The goal? For you to never need another coach or program again.

With your boosted metabolism, increased muscle, and rock-solid habits, you’ll have the freedom to enjoy food without stress while keeping the weight off for good.

How's it Work?

Taking control of your health is one of the most important things you can do, both for yourself and for those who depend on you. What are you waiting for?

When it comes to creating lasting new habits, having a coach in your corner as a friend, accountability partner, and support system is a force multiplier.  I'll be with you every step of the way.

We'll kick things off with a 45-60 minute consultation (live or virtual), during which, we'll discuss your goals, preferences, any constraints (ex: time, access to equipment, food allergies, etc.).  I'll then create a personalized strength and nutrition program, which will include recommended supplements (optional), as well as a few tools to help along the way.

​You'll receive free access to a mobile app, through which workouts will be delivered, logged, and tracked. You'll need the My Fitness Pal Premium mobile app (or equivalent) for nutrition tracking, which is not included in our pricing.

Accountability and Support

  • Weekly virtual check-ins, where we'll review progress and refine approach as necessary
  • You'll share daily screenshots of food and activity logs. This takes seconds each day, but is HUGE for changing behavior through accountability and to help us course correct to dial in the different aspects of the program based on what's working best for you. ​
