Whether all you need is a gentle nudge in the right direction or if you'd like someone to be in the trenches with you, guiding and supporting you throughout your fitness journey, we've got an option for you.
One -Time Consultation
$425 (includes tax)
This is for the person who just wants the "recipe" without any support or coaching along the way, aside from the initial program.
This will be a 60-minute virtual consultation, during which, we'll discuss your goals, preferences, any constraints (ex: time, access to equipment, food allergies, etc.). I'll then create a personalized strength and nutrition program to include the following:

Let's be real for a second...you didn't get in the shape you're in now overnight, and depending on where you're starting, it's most likely going to take more than a minute to reclaim lost ground to achieve your goals. With this plan, I'll be in the trenches with you the whole way​.

When it comes to creating lasting new habits, having a coach in your corner as a friend, accountability partner, and support system is a force multiplier. I'll be with you every step of the way, working closely with you as we continue to refine your personalized programs to help you keep moving forward. ​

We'll kick things off with a consultation as described previously, and in addition to the initial consultation deliverables, we'll also do the following:

Weekly virtual check-ins (phone or zoom), where we'll review progress and refine approach as necessary

You'll share daily screenshots of food and activity logs

Required for the first 4-6 weeks, then optional​

This takes seconds each day, but is HUGE for changing behavior through accountability and to help us course correct to dial in the different aspects of the program based on what's working best for you. ​
